AYAMI started with a simple observation:
The fashion industry designs around appearance first.
We wanted to understand what happens when you start with the body instead.
So we listened.
We spoke with people about fabrics they couldn't tolerate, clothes they stopped wearing, sensory triggers they couldn't explain to others, and the tiny details that can make the difference between “I can wear this all day” and “I need to get this off me.”
Then we tested.
